Health and Dental Claims Assessor: How to apply
Job summary:
A claims assessor processes claims by using established policies and procedures, and responding to claims, benefits and general inquires.
Requirements:
Two years of post-secondary education; previous claims assessment experience an asset; good understanding of medical and dental terminology; a minimum of two years of work experience in the customer service field; familiarity with general office procedures and equipment; basic computer skills and superior data entry skills. Must be confident and enjoy meeting people.
Group Administrator (Multiple Employer Plans): How to apply
Job summary:
A group administrator provides administrative services to multiple employer plans (MEPS) by ensuring their smooth operation and administration. In addition, the administrator provides direct liaison with trustees, employers and members. He/she provides information on operations or procedures to plan consultants or other company staff as needed.
Requirements:
College or university graduate in business administration or equivalent training; experience in group benefits administration preferred. Demonstrated computer experience, including MS Word, Excel and accounting software. Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills also required. This position will appeal to individuals with initiative and strong leadership skills.
Client Account Representative: How to apply
Job summary:
This position provides administrative services to single employer plans (SEPS) to ensure their smooth operation and administration. This includes answering telephone inquiries and corresponding with employers and employees on matters such as coverage, admissions, terminations, beneficiaries, etc.
Requirements:
Minimum of one year of post-secondary education in a related field, such as business administration, benefits administration or accounting is required. A minimum of one year related experience is expected. He/she must demonstrate a clear understanding of accounting procedures. Requirements:

Job summary:

Requirements:
